It's 2020. How are some ISPs still not IPv6 compliant?

@brettgilio How many IPv6-only web servers or other services do you know?
Most subscribers have no compelling reason to bother ISPs about IPv6, so ISPs have no compelling reason to deploy it either.

Another problem is that a lot of ISPs get IPv6 so laughably wrong that NAT starts to look like a great option. At least with NAT you aren't forced to change your internal addresses on ISPs whim, unlike DHCP-PD.
