- paid parental leave
- universal PreK
- affordable childcare
- abortion access so that women don't die from miscarriage
- encourage men to do fair share at home

@amydiehl having benefited from (almost) all these perks which are available where I live for some years already, I can confidently say that it is not all what's needed to boost the natality rate statistics. Here it has been steadily declining for decades with or without perks availability to parents.
