Bean 🇺🇲🇻🇪

Possibly against my better judgement, I think I'd rather see an NFC East team win the Super Bowl than a team that extends the contract of a backwards misogynist and has clearly been favored by the refs all season long.

@TechBean @nfl@a.gup.pe @nfl@nfl.community I hate it when players act like God wanted them to win. And not the other team.

@timo21 @TechBean @nfl@a.gup.pe @nfl@nfl.community to be fair, that's not quite what he said, wasn't it that without God 'none if this would be possible'? If you're starting from the position that there is a God who creates and sustains all things, that's an observation that's equally valid whoever wins. Though still redundant as a commentary on a sports game...?

@luxet @TechBean @nfl@a.gup.pe @nfl@nfl.community An organization formerly called 'Campus Crusade for Christ' targets young school age athletes. Thats why many athletes have these cookie cutter statements about God at the end of games. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cru_(C

oh what I wouldn't give to one day be watching and hear a player belt out a baruch hashem after eeking out a last second win

@ferricoxide @TechBean @nfl@a.gup.pe @nfl@nfl.community he's on the record (on air on WIP in Philly last week) that he'll be happy whoever wins, and he'll feel sad for the people he knows on the other team at the same time.

@TechBean @nfl@a.gup.pe @nfl@nfl.community God damn, this is a right wing crazy fucker. I wasn't aware.

Now I can root against the Chiefs with an even clearer conscience.
