@3dprinting #3DPrinting #3DPrintingFails I had a partially clogged (the two broken in the middle pieces) and then a completely clogged nozzle while printing 3 dwarfs’s bodies. Several cold pulls later I was able to reprint them, but I’ll never get this filament again! It is wet (I tried 3 colours and all are wet in different amounts); I dried them between 8 and 18 hours without any noticeable improvement in the print quality!
@Siff
Maybe issues with the filament diameter? I see no infill, so I guess the filament is not particularly well made. Which filament from which company is it?
@3dprinting
@beandev @3dprinting It is possible that the diameter is also an issue (I’ll check). It is not a good filament - it’s not well wound (one of the rolls was tangled out of the box), they are too springy and all are very wet. I can dry them more, but I’m not very hopeful.
The filament in the image is “Standard Green” PETG from Filaments.ca. I also tried dark red and white (none of the colours match the images in their site) and the red is the moist of the three.
@Siff Love the fails hashtag!
