There is some empathetic laden schadenfreude in watching the “educated” Modi supporters (meaning who should have known better) like Pratap Bhanu Mehta, @rupasubramanya, and the assorted US-based economists realize their follies. We’ve all been there (I once supported VP Singh too lol). But it’s difficult to have sympathy for Tavleen because hers was not ideological - it was a personal vendetta against Sonia that drove her to Modi. And she kept defending him unconditionally till this year!
Travesty of justice happens everyday in our country. People are pushed to the margins w/ apathy & injustice.We have reached a point where injustice is actively perpetuated.
Look at the lived experienced of the marginalized communities:caste,class, religion, gender.
Look at how the NE is forgotten.
In June 2019, nearly 150 children died preventable deaths due to a fever. All for lack of access.

2. Criticism presupposes critical analysis. Get the copy of the judgement. Analyse it, provided, you have the skill set.
3. Or wait for the legal eagles to break it for you. Read their critique.
