@punkscience A little bit from column A, a little bit from column B, but the biggest distraction I've found while working from home is work itself.
I do not long for meetings, and I actively cringe when I get slack message asking for a video call, but the biggest negative to working from home asynchronously has been the "midterm project" problem -- everyone seems to want to interrupt me and treat me as if I'm only working on their shit. Having 4 or 5 different people interrupt me pretty much every day triggers my anxiety something fierce and ends up completely obliterates my momentum.
Everything's slowly turning into "a conversation" now, and I have to constantly remind stakeholders that they don't have any work for me in JIRA.
