With all these @IceCubesApp @dimillian updates to the TL for iOS , I’m getting a tad confused.
Whenever I open the app , after a few seconds it loads my TL to the latest post.
Why doesn’t it start at the last post I looked at an hour ago & allow me to scroll from that last position.
What am I doing wrong & is there a setting or something that will allow this ?
It’s getting very annoying & will stop me using.
@JRP69 @dimillian Did you enabled fast refresh in the settings?
@IceCubesApp @dimillian it is enabled by looks of it. Should I switch off if I want to start at last read whenever I access TL ?
@JRP69 @dimillian Yes, disable it. It always fetches a fresh timeline and discards your position.

@IceCubesApp @dimillian another reason why I haven’t always used as my default app was because of the stutter when scrolling freshly loaded TL. @ivory is beautifully smooth but never experienced the same with @IceCubesApp I notice now it’s slightly better, has this been worked on ? I’m using iPhone 14 Pro Max.
@JRP69 @dimillian @ivory Yes, it should be better those days, but there is some technology Ice Cubes is built on top that has some…. Struggles, unfortunately.
