Curios.
If you’re on iOS , what email client do you use.
Native iOS Mail or a 3rd party client ?
@noksucow I use Spark but it’s starting to let me down.
@JRP69 what’s it doing or not doing?
@noksucow important emails going walkabout & just not getting , of hours later then when sent. Have tried everything.
@JRP69 Fastmail app (and Gmail)
@JRP69 Native for me, all the others aren't as tied into the system, Mail gets the job done
@ravipatel @JRP69 I think it's all the smart suggestions from Siri and other small details that you just don't get with the other apps. Mail has always done just enough for me, I think the only time I'm going to try another 3rd party is when @mimestream gets their iOS app for testing.
@JRP69 native for me… but I’m on iCloud email anyway (mostly ditched Google)
@JRP69 for iOS I just use standard Apple mail client
@JRP69 Recently I started to use #Mimestream and I am very happy with it.
It is a client app for #GMail, but works super fast and reliable because it utilizes GMail’s API and not IMAP/POP3/SMTP protocols.
@JRP69 Native. Can’t stand Outlook and not ever found a paid for one I like enough to move to.
@JRP69 Spark for me.
@JRP69 How is the iOS version failing you?
I don't like the new premium features but luckily you can avoid most of them or they stay out of your way. I use it on the desktop but version 2.
@JRP69 Spark usually, but giving native Mail a brief try again.
@jeremydebose snap. I use Spsrk but starting to let me down a lot. Have reactivated notifications for stock mail app to see what it’s like again.
@JRP69 Protonmail
@Steve I’m normally a Spark user but getting increasingly annoyed with it.
@JRP69 I've never used spark. But I looked at it and thought it looked like it either wants a subscription or reads all my emails.
I pay for the protonmail service as it covers work domains and stuff.
