Stay home unless it's necessary for you to go out. Unfortunately, necessary doesn't include wandering around the grocery store because you have nowhere else to go.

If you do go out in public where you will be close to others, make yourself a mask and wear it. The CDC has a video on how to do it.

Masks are not a substitute for washing your hands, not touching your face, and social distancing.

Leave the medical equipment for the professionals. They still face shortages.
