Per the Civics Center, an organization for building youth civic engagement and voter participation, about 23,000 young people in #Georgia weren't old enough to vote in the general election this year, but will be eligible to vote in the runoff election for U.S. Senate on January 5, 2021 - if they register to vote by the deadline, December 7, 2020.
