Blatant stupidity never ceases to amuse me!

A Russian woman says no water or gas in America. She is probably addressing Ukrainian refugees in the US, saying that "Ukraine was and will be ours."

Data from 2022 shows that about 70% of Russians have never been abroad. Only about 2% have gone abroad less than a year ago by then.
