I have been able to be more regular with my photography this year, thanks to therapy and me slowly getting over my social anxiety, you know how it is. As a comparison: In 2019 I shot 7 rolls of film, in 2020 5 and in 2021 10. This year isn't even halfway through and I already shot 19 rolls of film. (9 of them are color film, that are waiting in the fridge to be developed.) It feels like I'm finally getting into the depth of foto making.
I managed to continue my work of making my new second hand pants fit me. (After a month of them lying around and me forgetting all about them.) The waist band fits perfectly now, but I realized that the legs are also to wide and I have to cut them up, so that will be a lot of extra work, but it'll be worth it.

I'll just need to catch my breath a little. I went a little to fast on my bike in this weather when I picked them up.
A couple of night time/dawn photography from earlier this month.

Urgent question for #queer members of the Fediverse: Do you know of any resources for giving a presentation to small kids (1st and 2nd grade, to be precise) about #LBGTQ issues? I was asked by a local international school to do just this, tomorrow! This group of #children has already been introduced to concepts of #gender and different kinds of #families. I plan to read "What Riley Wore" to them, and maybe also "I Am Jazz!" and "Stella Brings the Family." #boosts appreciated! 💖
I figured out that I can just use my phone for the index sheets. There are some pretty good scanner apps. And at times like this it's so nice to just be able to sync my files to my laptop to organize there or in this case I didn't even have to save them to my phone, I could just send them to my laptop via KDE/GS Connect.

growing up and living in a landlocked region being close to the sea and beach feels magical to me.
Still have to figure out how to properly use it, right now I'm just copying Terminal commands from a video, like a pro.
Turns out curating your photos on a big laptop screen is way easier than on a small phone. Who would have thunk.
