Happy new year in #Tagalog is Manigong bagong taon.

Manigo is from the word, “nigo” which means “able to hit the target”. Hence, “manigo” means “being able to hit your target or achieve your dream.” 😊

I only knew this now 😅. Always thought manigo meant, happy..
